Maybe I am being paraniod just wanting some comfort in knowing other babies have done the same!!

Big Tummy! Added 6th Oct 2010

Hey Kate

I don't have a baby, but my sister does and you or someone might be able to help if you've been in a similar situation before or know someone who has. He is about 21months old and this baby has a really bloated, big tummy. The doctor has put him on Losec (to help control stomach acid) but this has not helped. They are taking him back to the doctor but have thought about doing a dairy-free baby-diet. Do you have any words of wisdom or have had a similar situation?

Thank you!

When is it time to wean off the dummy? Added 5th Oct 2010

My little man has just gone 17 months. He is rather attached to his dummy although it is mostly just a bedtime thing. We think it may be time for it to go, but are worried it may just be too upsetting. Does anyone have any suggestions?
