WOTNOT Organic Self Tanning Lotion is a skin-loving, moisturising blend of organic ingredients that harmoniously work to nourish the skin while simultaneously developing a golden, natural, streak-free tan, without the exposure to harmful UV rays).

This velvety-soft, antioxidant-rich lotion is formulated with Australian Kakadu Plum extract, Green Tea extract and Camellia Oil (to slow visible signs of ageing), and Aloe Vera Juice, Coconut Oil and Sunflower Oil to hydrate and soothe the skin.

Here's how to apply the WOTNOT Organic Self Tanner for flawless results.

PREPARE:

16-24 hours prior to treatment prepare your skin. Shave/Wax and Scrub your skin! 

My perfect scrub ingredients are found in the kitchen cupboard. Use 1 cup of raw sugar or fine Himalayan salt scrub to 1/2 cup of coconut oil or almond oil and dry scrub in circular motion. Once done, rinse your skin and rub your skin with a towel. Make sure you shave or wax at least 24 hours prior to self-tanning.

APPLY & DEVELOP:

Apply a thin layer of moisturiser to your eyebrows, lips, elbows, knees and tops of feet ten minutes prior to self-tanning. 

Put on your Sunless Mitt and prepare to get glowing! 

Apply 50 cent piece size worth of WOTNOT Organic Self Tanning Lotion to every area of the body in circular motion in this sequence.

  • Ankles to knees, importantly bending at the knees and use sparingly in the ankles
  • Thighs to hips including buttocks area (use a 50 cent piece quantity on each leg)
  • Hips to chest (go over chest area twice keeping 45 minutes between application for better definition)
  • Arms, importantly bending at the elbows
  • Hands only consist of a quick smooth over whilst your knuckles are in a claw position
  • Back area, it's best to ask a friend to apply your Wotnot Organic Self Tanning Lotion in a circular motion starting from the hips up
  • Tanning the face and neck area. I find it is best to purchase yourself some new foundation sponges and allow a 50 cent piece of self-tan onto the sponge and start dabbing and pushing the product into the skin until you have perfectly coated the selected areas. Then grab a Q-Tip and apply some water onto the cotton and roll it over your eyebrows and use a separate Q-Tip for over your lips. Apply one coat every 5 days to keep your facial skin radiantly glowing. 

If you need to double coat your self-tanner, it’s best to leave a day in between applications to allow the first application to finish working on your skin. Keep your Wotnot Self Tanning lotion on for 8 hours before rinsing off, patting the skin dry and head out for the day. 

EXTEND:

To maintain glowing skin it's essential to keep your skin hydrated on the outside and inside. Drink plenty of water and use a daily moisturiser morning and night (Wotnot baby lotion is perfect and so gentle J). Use Wotnot Facial Wipes to clean the skin as it will not affect the tan as it's alcohol and toxin-free! Your tan will gradually lighten whilst your skin self-exfoliates.

From being conscious of the waste generated in a standard office on a daily basis (always reuse first!), to creative up-cycling (our empty tape rolls end up in childcare centres and local playgroups to be used for craft), we aim to minimise environmental impact. If it can’t be re-used, we recycle and likewise we source recycled materials for our own use (our pallets are made from recycled woodchip and all our printed matter is done on recycled paper and card).

Wotnot offset all our carbon emissions each year by donating to Carbon Neutral. Funding is used to plant new trees in areas of deforestation.

Here at Naked Baby we know that when you choose to order online you don’t want to sacrifice ready availability by sitting around for several days or even weeks for your products to arrive. That’s why we pride ourselves on prompt dispatch and quick delivery! Generally, orders that are received prior to 9:00 AM are dispatched within the same day. All orders received after 9:00 AM are dispatched the next day (some exceptions may apply). Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note, however, that sometimes "life happens" and it may take us an extra day to catch up on things. If, for any reason, we anticipate a significant delay in the shipping of your items, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail.

Being an eco-friendly company, we do our best to keep this philosophy in mind through all of our business practices. This includes our shipping materials. Please note that, when at all possible, parcels are shipped using recycled boxes and packaging. While the box your package is shipped in may not look the prettiest – we’re pretty sure the trees won’t mind! Packing materials are made from recyclable and biodegradable materials, as are our business cards and other printed material (and printed using eco-friendly ink!).

  • Standard shipping charges within New Zealand start at $6.50 per order and increase incrementally with the weight of your order.   • All items are shipped via non-signature Courier Post using an overnight service*, with the exception of large packages travelling to the North Island.  These packages are shipped via a 2-3 day service. 
  • Please note that, in all cases, rural deliveries may incur an extra 2-3 day delivery time.
  • Unfortunately, once your package has left our hands, we cannot be responsible for the delivery time of the couriers/rural delivery drivers in your area.

    RETURN POLICY

    At Naked Baby Eco Boutique, we don’t actually have a return policy for purchases made at our boutique. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. It is our goal to do our best to take care of customers; to deal with them fairly and reasonably. In return, we hope that our customers are fair and reasonable with us, too.

    In doing this, we hope to build trust with our customers and create a long-term relationship of mutual respect. Standing behind what we sell is a big part of that. We like to think that many customers choose to shop with us because they know that if their purchase isn’t right, we will work to fix it for them.

    Should a return be deemed the best remedy, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 days. If you paid by direct banking, we will get in touch for your banking details and credit your account. If you paid by Gift Voucher, a replacement voucher will be issued to you.

    Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded to you (and return shipping charges are your responsibility). Additionally, in general, our shipping fees cost more than what we charge our customers. Should this be the case on a return, the difference between the cost of the shipping and what the customer paid for shipping will be deducted from the total return amount.

    DO I NEED A RECEIPT FROM MY PURCHASES?

    Your receipt or order number helps us to locate your purchase in the fastest way possible. However, if you don’t have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways. From time-to-time, we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.

    DO YOU TAKE EVERYTHING BACK?

    We’ll do our best to take care of you, but from time-to-time, we cannot accommodate a return. Sale items which have since been discontinued from our collection are only eligible for a store credit.  Food and formula cannot be returned, nor can opened packages of nappies or wipes.

    IS THERE A TIME LIMIT? WHAT IF THE ITEM IS WORN?

    Our goal is to do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly. In return, we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time-to-time we may not accept a return. There is no time limit for returns or exchanges.

    ARE THERE RE-STOCKING FEES?

    No. However, generally, our shipping fees cost more than what we charge our customers. Should this be the case on a return, the difference between the cost of the shipping and what the customer paid for shipping will be deducted from the total return amount.

    CAN GIFT CARDS BE RETURNED?

    No.

    CAN HEALTH, BATH AND FOOD/FORMULA PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

    No.

    IS SHIPPING REFUNDABLE ON RETURNS?

    No, it is not. The customer is also responsible for the return cost of shipping to get the product back to Naked Baby Eco Boutique.

    FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

    Naked Baby delivers products of the highest quality, which should arrive in excellent condition. If, for any reason, there appears to be something wrong with your product or you discover the item is faulty, please contact us immediately (and, if possible, include a photo) so the problem can be resolved. It is our goal to do everything we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

    In the instance of a faulty or damaged item, Naked Baby Eco Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.

    LOYALTY POINTS AND RETURNS

    If an item is returned, any loyalty points earned on the purchase will be debited from the purchaser’s loyalty points account. Should the current points balance be less than the points earned on the item returned, then the points balance will be returned to zero and the dollar value of the loyalty points shortfall will be deducted from the refund or credit given for the returned item.
