Jack N' Jill Natural Bathtime Sweetness Moisturiser is a gentle formulation featuring natural extracts and hydrating ingredients to create an enriching and hydrating formula. This light moisturiser is formulated especially for children's sensitive skin with mild and non-irritating ingredients. Rich ingredients such as allantoin, glycerin and panthenol work together to leave skin super-soft and deeply hydrated.

Conditioning oils such as coconut and palmarosa add even more hydration, and the anti-inflammatory orange pearl extract provides further soothing action, making it the perfect addition for sensitive skin.

Jack N' Jill Natural Bathtime Sweetness Moisturiser comes in a handy 300 ml pump bottle (who doesn't need an extra hand when trying to moisturise a wriggly little one?!).

        Jack N' Jill is a natural toothpaste for babies, toddlers & children that is safe to swallow. It was first made in Melbourne, Australia in 1949 and it has been our family business for more than 20 years. It continues to be made in Australia and we are excited that Jack N' Jill is now available in more than 30 countries.

        A few years ago we had our first child and immediately joined many parents the world over who are concerned about current environmental issues and the direct effects they have on our children. We started to question everything he came into contact with, not wanting to expose him to unnecessary additives and chemicals. We felt frustrated about the lack of choice in early childhood oral hygiene. With a background in pharmacy, we set out to formulate the absolute safest toothpaste for our kids and yours. In the process, we also made it the most fun & yum!

        Jack N' Jill Toothpaste is 100% safe for young children - especially because they have a tendency to swallow it, rather than spit it out! All Jack N' Jill branding is designed to be appealing to children and is cute enough that parents won't mind it sitting on their bathroom vanity. Alongside the toothpaste we have designed and manufactured the first children's toothbrushes with handles that are made of NON GMO cornstarch, and are therefore biodegradable and recyclable. Did we mention 'cute'?

        We are extremely proud of our formulation, having successfully developed a toothpaste containing ingredients with mild and known safety profiles. There is much information freely available on the web, and here is one example, should you wish to read more.

        At Jack N' Jill we believe that businesses have an obligation to the environment, that's why we have formulated an all natural, hypoallergenic toothpaste with organic ingredients, and designed our packaging to be minimal, recyclable and BPA Free. 

        General

        Here at Naked Baby we know that when you choose to order online you don’t want to sacrifice ready availability by sitting around for several days or even weeks for your products to arrive. That’s why we pride ourselves on prompt dispatch and quick delivery! Generally, orders that are received prior to 9:00 AM are dispatched within the same day. All orders received after 9:00 AM are dispatched the next day (some exceptions may apply). Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note, however, that sometimes "life happens" and it may take us an extra day to catch up on things. If, for any reason, we anticipate a significant delay in the shipping of your items, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail.  

        Packaging

        Being an eco-friendly company, we do our best to keep this philosophy in mind through all of our business practices. This includes our shipping materials. Please note that, when at all possible, parcels are shipped using recycled boxes and packaging. While the box your package is shipped in may not look the prettiest – we’re pretty sure the trees won’t mind! Packing materials are made from recyclable and biodegradable materials, as are our business cards and other printed material (and printed using eco-friendly ink!).

        Here are a few good things to know:

        • Standard shipping charges within New Zealand start at $6.50 per order and increase incrementally with the weight of your order. Please note that the Checkout page will provide you with an estimation of your shipping charges (NOTE: shipping charges count toward your Prestige Points accumulation).
        • All items are shipped via non-signature Courier Post using an overnight service*, with the exception of large packages travelling to the North Island.  These packages are shipped via a 2-3 day service. 
        • Please note that, in all cases, rural deliveries may incur an extra 2-3 day delivery time.
        • Unfortunately, once your package has left our hands, we cannot be responsible for the delivery time of the couriers/rural delivery drivers in your area.
        • Should you require a faster level of service, signature-guaranteed or Saturday delivery, please contact us (orders@nakedbaby.co.nz) and we can arrange this for you (at the cost of the requested service).

          RETURN POLICY

          At Naked Baby Eco Boutique, we don’t actually have a return policy for purchases made at our boutique. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. It is our goal to do our best to take care of customers; to deal with them fairly and reasonably. In return, we hope that our customers are fair and reasonable with us, too.

          In doing this, we hope to build trust with our customers and create a long-term relationship of mutual respect. Standing behind what we sell is a big part of that. We like to think that many customers choose to shop with us because they know that if their purchase isn’t right, we will work to fix it for them.

          DO I NEED A RECEIPT FROM MY PURCHASES?

          Your receipt or order number helps us to locate your purchase in the fastest way possible. However, if you don’t have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways. From time-to-time, we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.

          DO YOU TAKE EVERYTHING BACK?

          We’ll do our best to take care of you, but from time-to-time, we cannot accommodate a return. Sale items which have since been discontinued from our collection are only eligible for a store credit.  Food and formula cannot be returned, nor can opened packages of nappies or wipes.

          IS THERE A TIME LIMIT? WHAT IF THE ITEM IS WORN?

          Our goal is to do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly. In return, we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time-to-time we may not accept a return. There is no time limit for returns or exchanges.

          ARE THERE RE-STOCKING FEES?

          No. However, generally, our shipping fees cost more than what we charge our customers. Should this be the case on a return, the difference between the cost of the shipping and what the customer paid for shipping will be deducted from the total return amount.

          CAN GIFT CARDS BE RETURNED?

          No.

          CAN HEALTH, BATH AND FOOD/FORMULA PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

          No.

          IS SHIPPING REFUNDABLE ON RETURNS?

          No, it is not. The customer is also responsible for the return cost of shipping to get the product back to Naked Baby Eco Boutique.

          Naked Baby delivers products of the highest quality, which should arrive in excellent condition. If, for any reason, there appears to be something wrong with your product or you discover the item is faulty, please contact us immediately (and, if possible, include a photo) so the problem can be resolved. It is our goal to do everything we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

          In the instance of a faulty or damaged item, Naked Baby Eco Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.

          If an item is returned, any loyalty points earned on the purchase will be debited from the purchaser’s loyalty points account.                   Your receipt or order number helps us to locate your purchase in the fastest way possible. However, if you don’t have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways. From time-to-time, we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.

                  DO YOU TAKE EVERYTHING BACK?

                  We’ll do our best to take care of you, but from time-to-time, we cannot accommodate a return. Sale items which have since been discontinued from our collection are only eligible for a store credit.  Food and formula cannot be returned, nor can opened packages of nappies or wipes.

                  IS THERE A TIME LIMIT? WHAT IF THE ITEM IS WORN?

                  Our goal is to do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly. In return, we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time-to-time we may not accept a return. There is no time limit for returns or exchanges.

                  ARE THERE RE-STOCKING FEES?

                  No. However, generally, our shipping fees cost more than what we charge our customers. Should this be the case on a return, the difference between the cost of the shipping and what the customer paid for shipping will be deducted from the total return amount.

                  CAN GIFT CARDS BE RETURNED?

                  No.

                  CAN HEALTH, BATH AND FOOD/FORMULA PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

                  No.

                  IS SHIPPING REFUNDABLE ON RETURNS?

                  No, it is not. The customer is also responsible for the return cost of shipping to get the product back to Naked Baby Eco Boutique.

                  FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

                  Naked Baby delivers products of the highest quality, which should arrive in excellent condition. If, for any reason, there appears to be something wrong with your product or you discover the item is faulty, please contact us immediately (and, if possible, include a photo) so the problem can be resolved. It is our goal to do everything we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

                  In the instance of a faulty or damaged item, Naked Baby Eco Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.

                  SENDING AN ITEM BACK FOR EXCHANGE

                  Should you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

                  LOYALTY POINTS AND RETURNS

                  If an item is returned, any loyalty points earned on the purchase will be debited from the purchaser’s loyalty points account. Should the current points balance be less than the points earned on the item returned, then the points balance will be returned to zero and the dollar value of the loyalty points shortfall will be deducted from the refund or credit given for the returned item.
