Having a new baby can be overwhelming. And, once baby comes, there's birthdays, Christmases, etc. to think about, which tend to be rife with that famous question - "what should I get them?" At Naked Baby Eco Boutique, we’re here to help make the precious moments of your new arrival joyful and stress-free. 1. Our Registry Completion Discount
Yes, you read the correctly – we’ll give you a discount to finish buying all the gorgeous goodies on your registry that you didn’t receive!
So, how does it work? It’s all quite simple, really…
- Sign up for a Naked Baby Eco Boutique account (and make sure you activate it!)
- Sign up to our e-mail list so that you’re always in the loop
- Add a minimum of 15 unique items to your Naked Baby Eco Boutique registry (with a value of at least $500) (PLEASE NOTE: this MUST be set up as a REGISTRY, and not a WISHLIST)
- Have a minimum of $150 in purchases from your Naked Baby Eco Boutique registry by your event date to be eligible for the completion discount
- You will receive a 10% OFF discount code, valid for 90 days following your event date, to complete your registry (this code is valid on regular-priced items, as well as items generally excluded from any promotional discounts). Discount will ONLY be eligible for items included on your registry prior to the event (and left unpurchased). Bulk packs of formula and nappies are excluded from further discount, as are individual tins of Bellamy’s formula, gift cards (vouchers), OUTLET items, and Three Bags Full items. Discount is also not valid during store-wide promotions and cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion.

Once you’ve registered, it’s easy to tell your friends and family where to find you! You can either send them a link to your registry, or they can pop on our site, click on “Registry” and search for your name.
3. Our Amazing Range of Products
We offer a carefully curated array of must-have products (and lots of nice-to-haves, too!) for you and your kiddos. With a diverse and wide range of goodies, you’re not limited to the typical swaddles, bedding, and clothing that you might be with other shops. Why not register for some cloth nappies or eco disposable nappies, organic baby wipes, organic baby food or organic baby formula to cut down on the expense from your pocket? Or, even eco-friendly cleaning products to give your baby a clean and pure start to life? 4. Purchasers Earn Rewards Points
Each purchase from your gift registry is eligible for Prestige Points, our Customer Loyalty program. Points can be accumulated for discounts on future purchases. When you make purchases toward completing your registry, you’ll earn points on those purchases, too, earning you MORE future discounts (please note: only ONE discount code can be used per purchase).

It’s not just part of our business; it IS our business, and we endeavour to carry these philosophies through right from our products through to delivery at your doorstep. A few highlights are: compostable courier bags, recycled shipping labels, recycled shipping boxes (they may not look the prettiest, but we don’t think the trees will mind!), and eco packing paper (rather than bubble wrap).

7. Speedy Overnight Shipping
The majority of our orders are shipped via overnight courier as our service standard. Our aim is to dispatch orders placed by 11:00 AM on business days in the same day the order was placed (PLEASE NOTE: during major sales or promotions, or following weekends, this may not be possible due to larger order volumes). Orders are shipped on all business days (Monday to Friday, exclusive of public holidays).
Once dispatched, 95% of orders are shipped using overnight service within New Zealand (only big and bulky packages heading to the North Island are sent via Economy service). If we CAN send it via overnight service, we WILL send it via overnight service.
For our international customers, we have the option to send AirMail or DHL Express.
And, as a bonus for our rural customers, we don’t charge a rural surcharge!

8. Flexible Payment Options
We've got plenty of ways to pay available to our customers. You and your registry purchasers can pay via credit card, PayPal, Laybuy, Afterpay, and direct banking deposit.
9. Gift Wrapping
Save the hassle! We’re happy to send gifts directly to the recipients for you. Purchasers can click on the “This is a Gift” button when they’re making their purchase, and they’ll be able to select their gift wrap, a card, and add a message prior to having their gift shipped.
