Shipping and Delivery Information

New Zealand Shipping Information:

  • Most orders placed on BUSINESS DAYS prior to 11:00 AM are shipped the same day they are placed (some exclusions apply), so you should receive your order within 1-2 business days of ordering
  • New Zealand orders are shipped via Courier Post, using an OVERNIGHT service (the only exception being big and bulky items to the North Island, which will be sent via Economy 2-3 day service) 
  • Please be mindful that dispatch delays may occur following weekends and/or during promotional times such as Flash Sales, Black Friday, etc., and immediately following the conclusion of such a promotion, due to increased volume (we personally pick and pack your orders and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!)
  • All orders within New Zealand are charged a flat rate of $8.00 (that includes PO boxes, Waiheke Island and rural addresses - that's right; no rural surcharge!)
  • Standard service level is overnight, non-signature
  • If you have any special instructions, such as where to leave the package, where not to leave the package, gate code, etc., please pop it in the Order Notes
  • Orders are shipped on business days (no dispatch/shipping occurs on public holidays and/or weekends, including Otago Anniversary Day)
  • Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day, in the order received
  • Orders are shipped in the order that they are received
  • If you are in urgent need of your order, please get in touch ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate
  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail once your order is shipped (these can sometimes end up in your Spam folder, so please have a look there if it's been a few days and you haven't received anything from us)
  • Your Shipping Confirmation will outline what has been shipped in that package (in rare instances, we may not have been able to ship all items at once, so this will serve as a "Packing Slip" to outline what is in the package)
  • In addition to your Shipping Confirmation, you will receive e-mails from Courier Post updating you when your order is In Transit as well as Delivered
  • If your order hasn't been shipped right away, please double-check to see if your order contains a Pre-Order item (all items from a shipment with a Pre-Order will be shipped at the same time - if you are wanting other items sooner, please place a separate order)
  • Naked Baby Eco Boutique is not liable for any packages that get lost, damaged, go missing in transit, or disappear after delivery (these claims MUST be made with Courier Post)

Australia Shipping Information:

  • To try to mitigate the current delays related to international shipping and COVID-19, we are offering our customers a COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING
  • Please note that, in spite of sending express, courier delays may still be possible and are, unfortunately, out of our control
  • We happily ship orders to Australia, and offer two levels of service: Standard Air Mail (Untracked) and Courier
  • Price of shipping is dependent on the weight of the order (shipping costs are calculated at the Checkout)
  • Standard Air Mail (NZ Post/Aus Post) starts at $15.00 and increases according to weight (this is untracked; insured up to $250)
  • Courier (Aus Post Courier or DHL Express) starts at $19.00 and increases according to weight (this is a tracked service; insured up to $250)
  • PLEASE NOTE: Standard Air Mail service is listed as 5-15 Business Days; however, we have had packages taking upward of 30-40 business days to arrive
  • Courier service is typically 3-5 business days (though this can vary depending on your regional service in-country)
  • Should you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the Order Notes
  • All duties, customs, and/or import charges are the soul responsibility of the customer
  • If you'd like to purchase additional insurance, please get in touch
  • Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, international shipping delays are prevalent and are completely out of our control

  • Courier (Aus Post Courier or DHL Express) starts at $30.00 and increases according to weight (this is a tracked service; insured up to $250)
  • PLEASE NOTE: Standard Air Mail service is listed as 10-24 Business Days; however, we have had packages taking upward of 40-50 business days to arrive
  • Courier service is typically 5-7 business days, though this may vary depending on your regional service in-country)
  • Should you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the Order Notes
  • All duties, customs, and/or import charges are the soul responsibility of the customer

Packaging

As an eco-friendly company, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. When it comes to shipping orders, we always use recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible. We also use home compostable courier bags and an eco-friendly paper alternative to bubble wrap to protect your items when shipping.

While the box your package is shipped in may not look the prettiest – the trees won’t mind! Packing materials are made from recyclable and biodegradable materials, and printed using eco-friendly ink. In the very rare instance that you do happen to get bubble wrap with your package, we've recycled it from something shipped to us.

We make every possible effort to carefully package all items shipped out. Unfortunately, from time to time, damage may occur in transit. Should your package be damaged in transit, please report it to me at hello@nakedbaby.co.nz within 48 hours of receipt. If possible, please include photos of the damage and hold on to all original packaging and packing materials (DO NOT USE THE ITEM). We will provide you further instructions on how to launch a claim with Courier Post, as this process will need to be initiated by you).
